The following is a list of compiled questions from previous customers.

1. How can I place an order?

Step 1: Follow the instructions and register as a Custom Dolls customer for ease in ordering.
Step 2: Choose the Doll or Dolls you want and place them in your shopping cart.
Step 3: Check out and place your order. We will contact you with any questions and with proofs as required.

2. What photos are needed?

When placing your order you will be prompted to upload 4 different views if you have them. The more and better the quality of the photos you give us the better the result for your doll. We can use only 1 main photo for the facial features and we cannot piece together features from multiple photos but you can email us additional photos later if the process has not gone too far. It is important that you tell us details like not to have a tattoo on their neck if it shows in the photo.

3. What are the steps involved?

After you place your order we will put it in production and you will receive an email confirmation. For our bobbleheads we will start with the head and your main feature photo. You will be sent a very basic proof and you can make changes at no charge. Once you approve it we will move on to the next step. After the face is approved and we move on to the hair and color you cannot make changes to the face without additional charges. The final step = the complete proof. At this point most customers are satisfied and approve their order. If necessary colors can be changed and will only incur a charge if they are different from your original order.

4. Shipping

We normally use FEDEX for shipping and for our Bobbleheads and Figurines it costs $22.00 and should arrive in 7 days once shipped. For combination orders of multiple items the shipping discount will be determined and we will contact you.

5. What if I want something different?

At Custom Dolls we want you to have what you want and we will do our best to get it for you. If a Bobblehead doesn’t give you the feeling you’re looking for then try a complete, custom Figurine or a combination of dolls with a string doll. We will also be adding new, exciting and unique custom dolls in the future so check back with us. Please email us with your request.

6. What size are the Custom Dolls?

The Custom Bobbleheads are usually 7" to 7 1/2" tall. The Custom Figurines are usually 4/12 inches tall and the Custom String Dolls are about 6 inches tall.

7. How do I pay for the order?

Custom Dolls utilizes 2Checkout and PayPal; the number one global provider for online payments. PayPal has more than 100 million customers worldwide. With both options you can use your credit card and with 2Checkout you can also use direct bank debits, if you don’t want to use a credit card. Our site will direct you to either option where you can simply use your credit card or banking information to pay. Your security is increased as our site will never see your credit card or other information. They send us a notification that the money has been transferred and then we proceed with your order. 8. Am I responsible for Customs Duties and taxes?

Custom Dolls does not charge and duties or taxes and these are the buyer’s responsibility. You may be responsible for duties and taxes once the package reaches your country. Usually this is not a problem but we cannot be responsible for each and every countries laws and changes they may make at anytime.

9. How long does an order take?

We start on your order immediately once we have your photos. Normal delivery time is 4-6 weeks but part of this depends on your timely proofing and communication = you are part if the process. Rush orders can be done in 2-3 weeks for an extra charge, please ask us for more information.

10. Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes, we will send you an email notice confirming shipment. We will also give you a tracking number as all orders must be signed for.

11. What if I’m not happy?

Because Custom Dolls are personalized and custom made all sales are final and there are no refunds, cancellations or returns. We want our customers to be happy and will do our best to provide you with a quality product that will make you and your friends come back for more. These Dolls are representations not exact copies and therefore expectations should be based on examples on our site.
